Talking about the 4-day week on TVO’s The Agenda

I’m on today’s broadcast of The Agenda, the Toronto news show, talking about the 4-day week.

Sorry that the video is so small– I wasn’t able to play around with the settings to get it any bigger, but you can activate full screen mode.

I appear in the segment with Rodman School professor John Trougakos, who’s done some great work on breaks during work, recovery, and produtivity, and Armine Yalnizyan, Atkinson Fellow on the Future of Workers.

Having done a bunch of these recently, I have to say that our host Steve Paikin did a great job of moving things along, alternating between the three of us, and covering all the important bases.
